Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your item back until you have contacted us and received further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Soaps containing herbs, dried flowers, or fruits (perishable items)
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with signs of damage due to handling after delivery
- Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message on the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow several working days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank for further clarification

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us first for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
