A: Our soaps are crafted with high-quality ingredients, and everything here are handmade and/or formulated with natural components.

A: If available, we offer sample sizes so you can try before committing to a full bottle.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please Whatsapp us (+65 96506151) with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
